7. REFUNDS POLICY

Digital Course Purchases: We offer a 14-day money-back guarantee exclusively for our digital course, The Redemption System. If you are not completely satisfied with the course, you may request a full refund within 14 days of your initial purchase date by emailing support@nursemichaeltravels.com. After 14 days from the initial purchase date, all course sales are final, non-refundable, and non-creditable.

1-on-1 Consultations: All sales, fees, and bookings for 1-on-1 travel consultations and itinerary planning services are 100% final, non-refundable, and non-creditable from the moment of purchase or booking. The 14-day money-back guarantee does not apply to any customized service packages or live consultation hours.

8. PROHIBITED ACTIVITIES

You may not access or use the Services for any purpose other than that for which we make the Services available. As a user of the Services, you agree not to:

Binding Arbitration: If the Parties are unable to resolve a Dispute through informal negotiations, the Dispute will be finally and exclusively resolved by binding arbitration. THE ARBITRATION WILL TAKE PLACE IN TRAVIS COUNTY, TEXAS. Except where otherwise required by law, your arbitration fees shall be governed by the American Arbitration Association Consumer Rules. If such costs are determined by the arbitrator to be excessive, we will pay all basic administrative arbitration fees.

Litigation: If for any reason a Dispute proceeds in court rather than arbitration, the Dispute shall be commenced or prosecuted exclusively in the state and federal courts located in Travis County, Texas.

Time Limitation: In no event shall any Dispute brought by either Party related in any way to the Services be commenced more than one (1) year after the cause of action arose.

There may be information on the Services that contains typographical errors, inaccuracies, or omissions. We reserve the right to correct any errors, inaccuracies, or omissions and to change or update the information on the Services at any time, without prior notice.
